Prior to becoming a movie producer, Shital Bhatia worked as a costume designer between 1994 and 2000, after which Neeraj Pandey and he established Quarter Inch Productions, which primarily produced television shows and movies. The two then founded the production house Friday Filmworks, the banner under which Bhatia has produced movies like A Wednesday!, Special 26, Baby, Rustom, M. S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, and Naam Shabana.
