Popularly known for essaying the role of Tatya in the blockbuster Marathi movie Sairat, Suresh Vishwakarma is an Indian actor who appears in Marathi cinema. Suresh`s father was a watchman and he spent most of his childhood near the factory his father worked at. During the time he lived in the village, Suresh played lead characters in several types of Marathi folk dramas. After his graduation, Suresh came to Mumbai to find work in the film industry.

Appearing in several stage shows, he also worked as an assistant art director for the Hindi movie Ankahee (2006). Prior to which he had appeared in the Marathi movie Pratidav (1999). He has also appeared in movies such as Mahima Khandobacha (2008), Gallit Gondhal, Dillit Mujra (2009), Rege (2013) and Fandry (2013). However, he gained popularity for essaying a negative role in Nagraj Manjule`s Sairat (2016). He was also a part of Gajendra Ahire`s internationally acclaimed movie The Silence, which was screened at several national and international film festivals in 2015. The movie got a theatrical release in India in October 2017. He is associated with the 2018 Marathi drama Tula Pan Bashing Bhandhaychay directed by Bhanudas Vyavahare. His 2020 release includes Ibhrat, directed by Pravin R Kshirsagar.
