About the movie
The movie is based on a Gujarati play, which was written by Uttam Gada and directed by Paresh Rawal. The plot moves around Subash (Paresh Rawal) who is a small time crook who cons people for a living. A chance meeting with the ailing Mr Adenwalla (Nasseruddin Shah) gets him a job as his driver. The growing resentment between Mr. and Mrs Adenwalla (Neha Dhupia) fuels his wicked schemes and he soon devises a plot with Mrs Adenwalla to usurp the property. But fate has other plans in store for him.
