About the movie
Upon returning home after fighting in the Crusades for three years, Dante finds his father dead, his servants slaughtered, and the love of his life, Beatrice, breathing her last. In his attempt to bring her back to life, he makes his way to hell, crossing over nine of its layers. When there, he finds out who, in fact, was responsible for condemning his family to hell.
