About the movie
Inspired by true events, Taanashah shows the journey of Shiv Kumar Patel, a dreaded dacoit who ruled the land of Bundelkhand uninterrupted for twenty-eight years with his cunning brilliance. After a local upper-caste tyrant Daddan butchers Shiv`s father, he goes on to evolve a power system where the police, the administration, and even the most powerful politicians are subservient to him.
