About the movie
Steelhead (Chan) lands in Tokyo to find his girlfriend, who disappeared soon after getting there. But when he sees the plight of the Chinese immigrants and how the Japanese society shuns them, he cannot just turn a blind eye to the injustice. And when the constant harrassing at the hands of the yakuza reaches new heights, it`s up to him to take matters into his own hands, even if it means destroying the future of the woman he once loved.
