Amitabh Bhattacharya is an Indian lyricist who gained prominence for writing the song Emosanal Attyachar from Dev.D. He was associated with several Bollywood films like Aamir, Band Baaja Baaraat, Delhi Belly, Cocktail, Agneepath, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, 2 States, Kahaani 2, Dangal, Raees and many more. He is also a playback singer who has recorded popular songs such as Iktara from Wake Up Sid, Pungi from Agent Vinod, Offo from 2 States, to name a few notable numbers. He was also the lyricist for the 2017 Hindi movie Poorna, starring Rahul Bose and Aditi Inamdar in the lead. His other projects include Bhavesh Joshi Superhero (2018), Dhadak (2018) and Roohi (2021).
