Casey Affleck is an American actor who is the brother of famed actor and director Ben Affleck. He rose to prominence with his roles in Gus Van Sant`s films, including To Die For (1995), Good Will Hunting (1997) and Gerry (2002). Casey was also a part of the super hit Ocean`s Trilogy (2001-2007), appearing as Virgil Malloy. He gained widespread recognition and universal acclaim for his roles in Gone Baby Gone (2007) and The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007). Casey`s most recent box office outings were in Out of the Furnace (2013), Ain`t Them Bodies Saints (2013) and The Finest Hours (2016). Affleck won the Golden Globe, BAFTA and Academy Award for Best Actor for his role as Lee Chandler in the movie Manchester by the Sea (2016). His 2018 release includes Old Man & The Gun, directed by Robert Redford.
