Gemma Atkinson is a British actress and model. She is best known for acting in the TV show Hollyoaks, modeling for lingerie brands and men`s magazines, and dating Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
Early LifeGemma Louise Atkinson was born in Bury, Greater Manchester, England, on 16 November 1984. Before getting into acting and modeling, she studied at Castlebrook High School. Atkinson started out as a teen model, reportedly earning as much as 10,000 pounds per shoot.
Personal LifeIn the year 2005, Gemma Atkinson reportedly started seeing actor Cleveland Campbell for a brief period of time. In 2007, she began dating then-Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. The two soon broke up but neither of them divulged any details on the highly-discussed split.
