James Jonah Cummings, better known by his screen name Jim Cummings is an American veteran voice artist, a singer who is best known for works as a voice artist in Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Apart from films, Cummings has also provided his voice for several characters in video games.

Born in Ohio, Cummings at a dock and played drums with a local brand called Fusion, which was based in New Orleans. In the early 1980`s he moved to California and managed a video store before eventually starting his career as a voice actor. He got his first big break in the film industry with Castle in the Sky (1986) and over the years, in his illustrious career he has worked in more than 60 films, direct-to-videos and TV series`. Some of his notable film credits include Tarzan & Jane (2002), The Powerpuff Girls Rule! (2008), Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Minions (2015), Sing (2016) and Christopher Robin (2018), an animation adventure comedy directed by Marc Foster. He then voiced Tasmanian Devil in Space Jam: A New Legacy (2021).
