A renowned casting director, Lucy Bevan is known for her work in Hollywood films. Bevan, who started her career as a crew member in the casting department, made her debut as the lead casting director with the TV series Georgian Underworld (2003) before eventually making her debut as the lead casting director for a film with The Libertine (2004). Other popular works on the silver screen include The Duchess (2008), Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (2011), 300: Rise of an Empire (2014), Alice Through the Looking Glass (2016), and Their Finest (2016). Her 2017 releases include Beauty and the Beast (2017) and Ghost in the Shell (2017). In 2020 she worked for the Robert Downey Jr. starrer Dolittle.
