Madison Wolfe made her feature film debut with On The Road and is best known for her roles in films The Campaign (2012), Home Sweet Hell (2015) and Trumbo (2015). Her most famous TV stint is her recurring role as Audrey Hart on HBO`s innovative series, True Detective.

Early Life
Born in New Orleans, USA, Madison Wolfe isn`t the only actor in her family. Her sister, Meghan Wolfe is also an actor and has acted along with her in True Detective. According to Madison, working with her sister was "the coolest thing ever." When she is not juggling the demands of homework and school, Wolfe enjoys horse riding, swimming, cheerleading, and photography. As a child, Madison was also interested in writing scripts and direction.

Movie Career
This young actress began her film career in 2012 with On the Road as Dodie Lee, co-starring Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund, and also appeared in the comedy movie The Campaign. In 2015, she appeared with Katherine Heigl and Patrick Wilson in the dark crime comedy Home Sweet Hell. Although the movie bombed at the box office, Wolfe was appreciated for her performance. Her second release in 2015 was the Oscar-nominated film, Trumbo. Directed by Jay Roach, the film opened to great reviews and was appreciated by audiences and critics alike. In the same year, Wolfe appeared in another hit film, Joy. This biographical drama film which also featured Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper was received very well worldwide.

In 2016, she landed a leading role in the horror film The Conjuring 2. Based on true events, Wolfe essayed a young British girl, Janet Hodgson, who is possessed by an evil spirit. Directed by James Wan, the film also starred Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson in pivotal roles. Her other releases include Mr. Church (2016) and I Kill Giants (2018).

Television career
In 2014, Wolfe made her television debut with HBO`s American anthology crime series True Detective. The series received a phenomenal response and went on to win several awards. She was also a part of CBS` Zoo, ABC`s Astronaut Wives Club, and MTV`s Scream in 2015.
