Manikandan is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. His popular appearances were in the films Ayal Jeevichiruppundu, Varnyathil Ashanka, Alamara and Basheerinte Premalekhanam. His 2017 venture includes director Pradeep Chokli`s family drama Chippy, about a group of school kids who plan to make a short film based on their experiences in life. His 2018 releases include Eeda, a romantic drama directed by B. Ajithkumar and Kayamkulam Kochunni. His 2019 release includes Ottam, Petta and Mamangam. His other projects include Thuramukham (2021) and Anugraheethan Antony (2021).
