Amber Tamblyn is an American television and film actor. She started her career with television appearing on the soap opera General Hospital, a TV series that she starred in for six years. She made her film debut in 1995 film Live Nude Girls and her major break was in 2005 in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. She also writes poetry and has published two books. Tamblyn has been awarded the Young Star Award for Best Young actor and Saturn Award for Best actor on Television.
