Kumud Mishra is an Indian stage and film actor who primarily works in Bollywood. Best known for appearing in supporting and character roles, he made his movie debut in the 1996 Shyam Benegal film Sardari Begum. Though he appeared in films like 1971 (2007) and That Girl in Yellow Boots (2010) in the subsequent years, it was his portrayal of the character Khatana bhai in the musical romantic drama Rockstar (2011) that marked a turning point in the actor`s career.

Since then, he has appeared in popular films like Raanjhanaa (2013), Badlapur (2015), Airlift (2016) and Jolly LLB 2 (2017). Other significant acting credits include Sultan (2016), Rustom (2016), M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), Rukh (2017), Firangi (2017), High Jack (2018), Article 15 (2019), Section 375 (2019) and P Se Pyaar F Se Farraar (2019).
