Amarkalam (1999)
About the movie
Amarkalam is the story of Vasu, a ruthless man who lives in a cinema hall. He had an unfortunate childhood and drowns all his sorrows in alcohol. Vasu's friend Dhamu loses a reel of the movie Annamalai to Mohana. This creates a clash between Vasu and Mohana. However, Vasu soon falls in love with Mohana. The movie chronicles his efforts to prove that his love is true.
