Death Race
About the movie
Written and directed by Paul Anderson, this is a remake of the 1975 movie Death Race 2000. Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) is framed for his wife`s murder and lodged in Terminal Island Prison. The warden (Joan Allen) introduces him to a car race that promises to set the victor free from prison. The catch, however, is that to win you should be able to kill. Other racers in the fore are Machine Gun Joe (Tyrese Gibson) and Frankenstein (David Carradine). Will Jensen take the bait?
