About the movie
This is the story of Durgaprasad (Soumitra Chatterjee), a old aged don who wants to be more successful and join the league of his idol, Dawood Ibrahim. His daughter Ranjita (Aparajita Ghosh Das) is in love with a struggling actor, Aparatim (Subrata Dutta). Meanwhile, Durgaprasad`s outgoing call services have been barred and he sends Montu with 50,000 rupees, the outstanding amount to pay the bills. But the money gets transferred into Aparatim`s account by mistake.
Durgaprasad is now furious and threatens Aparatim to return the money.
