About the movie
Munna Bhai, a gangster, falls in love with Jhanvi, a radio jockey. He pretends to be a true Gandhian in order to meet her and when she asks him to give a speech, he studies Gandhian philosophy so intently that he begins to hallucinate Mahatma Gandhi himself.
