Najuss: An Impure Story
About the movie
Najuss: An Impure Story follows Moosa, a reserved madrasa teacher in a conservative rural Muslim community, whose life takes a dramatic turn when he chooses to care for a stray dog-an act seen as impure by those around him. As his quiet compassion defies rigid social and religious norms, Moosa faces alienation, judgment, and deep personal conflict. His bond with the dog becomes a quiet act of rebellion, testing his faith, resilience, and moral courage in a society that condemns empathy.
