About the movie
Focussing on the issue of gender confusion, the movie has Maradona Rebello playing a child actor who was portrayed to be a girl to procure roles when he was younger. As he grows up, parental pressure takes a toll on him and he gives up school, taking refuge in substance abuse. Pankh also features Bipasha Basu as a Bollywood actress, with whom the protagonist is fixated upon.
