About the movie
Smith (Clive Owen), sees a pregnant woman running from a hitman. He follows them into a warehouse where he kills the gunman and delivers the baby, later named Oliver.
However, Karl Hertz (Paul Giamatti), the head assassin kills the mother. Smith escapes with Oliver, later realizing that Senator Harry Rutledge (Daniel Pilon), a presidential candidate has cancer and requires a bone marrow for which he had surrogates impregnated which is why the thugs are after Oliver.
What follows is Smith ending up in Hertz`s custody, after he has safely moved Oliver with Donna (Monica Bellucci), a lactating prostitute. Whether he escapes the scene and saves Oliver or meets the same fate as Oliver`s mother, forms the crux of the story.
