About the movie
Bajjar is a remote village where the literacy rate is low due to lack of schools. Determined to make a difference, Bansi opens a wayside restaurant called Taj Mahal Dhaba, where customers teach village kids in exchange for food.
Bansi`s venture soon becomes a huge success, with tourists teaching students in a make-shift school behind the dhaba. However, when a fancy new restaurant springs up in the vicinity, Bansi is faced with fresh trouble as his customer base starts eroding. Will he ever manage to revive the dhaba-school?
