The High Rated Gabru hitmaker, Guru Randhawa is a Punjabi singer and songwriter who made his debut in 2013 with the album titled Page One, which comprised songs like `Billo On Fire`, `My Jugni`, `Khali Bottlan`, and `Modern Thumka` among many others. It was only after he collaborated with Bohemia on the song `Patola` in 2015 that he received public recognition, following which he dropped singles such as `Suit`, `Tu Meri Rani`, and `Fashion` to name a few.
Making his Bollywood debut, he reprised his single `Suit`, which featured Arjun Coomaraswamy, for the Irrfan Khan-starrer
Hindi Medium, which went on to become a party anthem soon after its release. Following his Bollywood debut, he sang `Lagdi Hai Thai` from the Kangana Ranaut-starrer comedy
Simran in 2017, and reprised yet another single `Tu Meri Rani` for the Vidya Balan-starrer slice of life movie
Tumhari Sulu, calling it `Ban Meri Rani` in the same year. He is also associated with the 2018 romantic comedy
Dil Juunglee, which features Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem in lead roles and
Nawabzaade. In 2019, he reprised the song `Gwandian ne` for the movie
Housefull 4, which has a multi-star cast of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde among others. His 2020 releases include Angrezi Medium and Chhalaang.
