Early LifeBorn on the 21st of March, 1990 in Kolkata, Koushani finished her schooling at The Assembly of God Church School and went on pursue her bachelor`s degree in commerce at the Heramba Chandra College. She was a wild card entry at the P.C. Chandra Goldlites Diva in 2015, which she went on to win. During the contest, she won the Miss Beautiful Smile & Miss Beautiful Hair sub-contents. After winning the contest, she began working with renowned photographers for shoots.
Acting CareerKoushani made her movie debut in the year 2015 with Raj Chakraborty`s Bengali movie Parbona Ami Chartey Tokey co-starring Bonny Sengupta. The movie was well-received and opened to mostly mixed but positive reviews. After her debut, the actress was cast alongside Mimi Chakraborty and Ankush Hazra in Raja Chanda`s comedy Kelor Kirti in 2016.
