A veteran Indian actress, Usha Nadkarni is noted for her work in the Bollywood and Marathi cinema as well as on Hindi and Marathi TV series'. Widely remembered for playing the role of Savita Deshmukh in the TV series Pavitra Rishta started her career as a film actress before eventually making her mark on the silver screen. Over the years, the veteran actress in her illustrious career has worked in more than 20 films and 15 TV series' and along the way won several awards including Zee Gold Awards for Best Actor in a Negative role and BIG Television Awards for Favorite Teekha Character.
