About the movie
After one of his daughters is falsely defamed, Chaman Lal, a man living on the banks of the Ravi River, finds the marriage prospects of all four of his daughters destroyed. When a traveller named Sikander helps him realise that true happiness lies in inner peace rather than in society's judgment, Chaman Lal regains hope. Embracing this new wisdom, he eventually restores his daughters' lives and finds a renewed sense of purpose.
