About the movie
Hacksaw Ridge is the extraordinary true story of Desmond Doss [Andrew Garfield] who was the first conscientious objector awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. As an army medic Doss saved countless number of wounded soldiers. This film revolves around Doss`s belief that while war was justified, killing was nevertheless wrong.
