About the movie
Jhummandi Nadam is romantic musical love story.
Tapasee plays an American born Telugu girl. Even though is born in the States, she has been brought up with traditional values. She has been taught all the traditions that the normal Telugu girl back in India knows. In order to please her parents and to reciprocate their love she flies to India to experience real Telugu culture.
Upon reaching India she is welcomed by her father`s best friend (Mohan Babu), who is her guardian in the country. As she explores the community, she honors it by making a documentary on the music and culture. She presents this a s a gift to her beloved parents.
