Based on the shootout in Lokhhandwala 1991, when commissioner of police, Aftaab Ahmed Khan, shot Dawood Ibrahim`s aides including Maya Dolas and Dilip Bua, Shootout At Lokhandwala is an awfully violent, and hence, a true depiction of the most ferocious day-light encounter the city of Mumbai witnessed. This movie brings to light the reach, connection and nexus of the underworld and devotion to profession of men so committed, that all they really cared about was their jobs.
