Bharat Jadhav is regarded as one of the contemporary icons of Marathi cinema. His play Sahi Re Sahi is perhaps the most successful play in Marathi theater. Films like Pachadlela (2004), Khabardaar (2005), Majha Navra Tujhi Bayko (2006), Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy (2009), Kshanbhar Vishranti (2010) and Shrimant Damodar Pant (2012) rank among his most noteworthy performances. Jadhav`s recent films include Pune Via Bihar (2014), Chintamani (2014), Shasan (2016), Ek Kutub Teen Minar (2016) and Unch Bharari (2018). He is also the co-founder of the eponymous Bharat Jadhav Entertainment Pvt Ltd. His 2019 release includes Appa Ani Bappa.

Bharat Jadhav`s work as an actor continued with his roles in Dhondi Champya: Ek Prem Katha and Tamasha Live (2022), followed by London Misal (2023). He is also set to appear in the upcoming films Dashavatar and Banjara in 2025.
