Pranitha was next seen in Prashant Raj`s supernatural suspense thriller, Whistle (2013), which is a remake of the 2012 Tamil blockbuster, Pizza. Continuing to deliver formidable performances, she carried her success to her next movie Attarintiki Daredi (2013), which also starred Pawan Kalyan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The movie went on the become one of the highest-grossing Telugu movies of all time.

In 2014, Pranitha appeared in two movies: Brahma, and Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda, which received positive reviews at the box office. Brahma, which stars Upendra in a dual role, was a blockbuster and ran for over 50 days across 35 theaters. While Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda, which featured an ensemble cast of Mohan Babu, Raveena Tandon, Manchu Vishnu, Hansika Motwani, Manchu Manoj, and Varun Sandesh, was also a declared as a blockbuster. Although many reviewers cited the movie to be an unofficial remake of Rohit Shetty`s Golmaal 3, the movie was well received by the audience.

In 2015 Pranitha starred in the Telugu movie Dynamite opposite Manchu Vishnu. Her other release of 2015 was the Tamil movie Masss, opposite Suriya.In 2016, she appeared in the Mahesh Babu starrer Telugu drama, Brahmotsavam, which received positive reviews at the box office. Her 2017 release includes Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Raajanum.
