About the movie
Chinababu is a 1988 Telugu drama film directed by Mohan Gandhi and produced by D. Ramanaidu under the banner of Suresh Productions. The film stars Akkineni Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, Gundu Hanumantha Rao and Brahmanandam. Chinababu's story revolves around a young man who has a large debt and needs money for his sister's wedding. During this time, he comes across a criminal who offers to surrender himself so that he can get the award money.
