About the movie
`Election` is a political drama that centers around fair and free polling. The film which seems to be a precursor to the Union Elections in 2013 has been directed by Om Prakash Rao and stars Malashri Ragini Dwivedi Srinivasa Murthy Lokanath and Sharat Lohitashwa. Malashri`s role as the Election Commissioner is based on TN Seshan the former Election Commissioner who helped `clean up India`s elections`.
